Refund policy

Hello! Each of our items is custom-designed and made to order. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is important to me to give you detailed product descriptions, including laundry instructions, with each item that will help you with your purchasing decisions. Please read them carefully and feel free to ask as many questions as you like before making your purchases. We look forward to visiting with you and hope you always enjoy our shop ~~ thank you! 

Details are everything to me, and almost to a fault. I have a natural eagle eye and very carefully inspect everything I make before I allow it to come home to you. Presentation of item colors, fabric finishes, etc. may vary due to individual computer monitor and handheld device screen resolutions, lighting, and photo effects. Again, please refer to my product descriptions and please don't hesitate to ask questions. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND / OR EXCHANGES are not accepted because each item is made to order. When a product is approved by me, once it leaves my shop, I am no longer responsible for it. Nor am I responsible for size, fit, color, style, etc. and it is your responsibility to care for it properly. Laundering instructions will always be shared with each product description and in your packaging.

Please contact me in regard to any damaged items within three days of receipt of your order and include photos of the damage. We'll determine the cause of the damage and discuss steps moving forward. including return shipping and related costs.

Once your items leave my studio and are handed off to the specified shipping entities, shipping responsibilities are not mine. LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES should be tracked and resolved via the carrier by the customer.
