Shipping policy
FIRST STEPS
All of our products are handmade, and made-to-order. Please allow 8 - 10 days for studio creation to shipping, at which point you'll be notified your order is on its way. Please do us a favor and triple-check your contact information for accuracy -- we hope to be able to communicate with you smoothly. We fully anticipate a quicker turnaround as our business grows, and with your grace, we will be able to do so.
SHIPPING INFO
I know. Even a trip to the post office counter feels like a sucker punch to the gut each time, and we don't like it either, but feel that with all things considered, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.75 for all domestic orders is fair (in this current climate). International shipping will be determined on an as-ordered basis. Thank you in advance for understanding the mailing costs we must cover.
Which brings us to INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING...
Import duties and taxes may be applied to your order once the shipment hits your country's borders. These costs are the responsibility of you, our customer. Apologies, and thank you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES Reminders
Because everything is custom-made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no returns, and no exchanges. We're a simple and joyfully inspired family studio that started at the kitchen table amidst meals of bunny noodles, bubba-j's, apple slices, and tai-tai milk with a bunch of cute little kids. We just grab the fun stuff and make catchy t-shirts. Nothing's mass-produced, everything's carefully created, details are shared with each item, and we just really, really hope you like it all! Please review your order carefully and consider all the things ... size, fit, color, fabric, etc., ask questions, and then we're good to go. Also, keep in mind that item details can present differently on individual computer monitors and handheld device screens due to lighting and photography. Refer to our product descriptions and reach out with any questions. The shipping stages of the purchase process are not our responsibility once out of our hands and into theirs.
DAMAGE happens sometimes, and if it is damage that occurred while in our hands, we'll cover it. However, our quality control is T-I-G-H-T. Please contact us within three days of receipt with photos and if it's something we overlooked, we'll own it. If damage occurred once handed off to postal and/or shipping carriers, customers must pursue those concerns with the carrier and we hold no responsibility.
Like shipping issues, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES are not our responsibility once the purchase has been received by the carrier from our studio. Again, please pursue these concerns with the carrier.
